PAYMENT POLICY

It is the policy of Rosemont Exposition Services to collect all set-up and drayage charges during the run of the show. Your on-site representative should be prepared to settle all invoices. A credit card number must be furnished in order to establish all accounts. To avoid any misunderstanding regarding show charges, please bring any discrepancies to the attention of the R.E.S. Service Center.

Acceptable forms of payment are: cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Diner's Club, wire transfers or money orders.

CREDIT POLICY

Advance arrangements for credit can be made by filling out our credit application, in full, once you are ready to order. The form must be resubmitted for each Trade Show (past payment performance will determine approval for repeat exhibiting). This credit will apply to costs incurred during the set-up, run, and dismantle of the exhibits. However, under no circumstances will credit for additional billing be extended beyond $10,000.00. Where invoice totals exceed $10,000.00, the balance exceeding $10,000.00 must be paid in full prior to the move-out period of the show. The $10,000.00 credit amount applies only to those exhibitors who have complied with the R.E.S. policy of full payment for all advance orders.

When ready to place an order with RES, all exhibitors must fill out our credit application.

OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS & THIRD PARTY BILLING

Any Independent Contractor / Display House which contracts to assemble and / or dismantle an exhibit at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center must notify Rosemont Exposition Services of the exhibiting company's name and booth number, in writing, at least thirty days prior to the first day of the show move-in.
